The waters off Gloucester have been declared one of the 10 top whale watch locations in the world. To honor Gloucester’s ties to whales, Whale Fest Gloucester will include frequent whale watch excursions, a Whale Movie Fest, a Whale Fest Gloucester 2010 Block Party, a celebration of local maritime authors and an open air concert.
